ANJC reviews the process by which Alaska Native Tribes can intervene (become a party) in a state Child in Need of Aid (CINA) case. We reviewed the forms that a Tribe must file with the Alaska State Court and talk about why ANJC recommends that Tribes intervene in all CINA cases involving their tribal children.
